TIE-SLEEVE SWEATER

In case you missed it, I posted this look on Tuesday with the cutest little 6 month old accompanying me (!!), but I wanted to take the time to share some of my favorite new staples and this cozy, perfectly on-trend sweater here.

As many of you know, I'm a sucker for accessories, and since Stuart Vevers took over as the creative director for Coach, I've decidedly become a Coach girl... as in I may own 4 handbags, 2 pairs of shoes, and have some sunglasses on my wishlist!... so when I had the opportunity to pick up a few key pieces to elevate my Fall wardrobe, Coach was where I went.

What came home with me were the 42" Edie in mixed materials ( I picked it up in the black pebble leather & suede) and the Paige studded heel (also in black... I am so predictable!). I love these items for a few reasons:

First off, the Edie is the perfect slouchy shoulder bag. But it's not just any slouchy bag - the mixed materials keep it edgy and elevated - and I love the gunmetal hardware. It's not silver or gold, so it matches EVERYTHING.

And the shoes! I'm loving the studding and embellishments that are trending this fall, and these block heels are studded, ridiculously comfy, and have the cutest ankle-strap detail on the back (and they're currently 50% off!).

Lately, I've also been really into the high-waisted jean. I picked up this pair of Rag & Bone skinnies during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and I've worn them so often that they're already costing me only pennies per wear (they are a bit pricier than I usually spend on denim - this pair comes in at just under $200 - but the comfort and the versatility make them WELL worth it).

The best part about high-waisted denim? I can wear ALL the cropped sweaters! I especially love this one from Express. It has such fun sleeve detailing, and the back has the most adorable little inverse "V" to show off that boo-tay ;-)

For fit into: I wear a 26 in the jeans, a 6.5 in the shoes, and an xs in the sweater, all of which are my normal sizes for these items. Feel free to message me with any Q's!
