WEAR NOW & LATER: $18 TEE

I think one of the biggest things that keeps people from shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the idea that all the items are for Fall/Winter 2017 and (since it is the middle of summer) can't be worn now. But that's just not true! And I'm not talking about the swim, athletic, or shoes (just to name a few!) but also the every day basics they have for sale in clothing!
So, to showcase just how versatile these items are, I'm styling some of my favorites two ways! One to wear now, and one to wear later. I hope you enjoy!
First up, this adorable, soft, and ridiculously affordable long-sleeved tee:

I wore this warm weather look to church right after shooting it, and it was a big hit! I love that the neckline of this tee is wide enough to be a deep V, off one shoulder, or slightly baring both shoulders (like I styled it here).

It's also long enough to tie or tuck, which adds some great dimension and interest to a basic top.

My new favorite skinny jeans are also part of #nsale! They're the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn, have a flattering high-waist, and currently cost less than $140! A bit of a splurge? Yes. But for the perfect everyday jeans, so worth it.
I also can't stop raving about these OTK Boots. They're the first Stuart Weitzman dupe I've seen that actually eliminates the ankle-pooch that so many imitators have, thanks to the placement of the zipper at the back of your heel instead of inside the ankle. And at just under $90, they're less than 1/5 the cost of the SW boots ON SALE.
I finished the look with a long, sleeveless black cardigan. Mine is from last year, but I've tagged my favorite picks from the Anniversary Sale in the widget below.
So go grab yourself a tee (or three!) After the sale, they'll be $29, which is still a steal, but at $18 I think this top is just too good to pass up!
