MOCK NECK SWEATER

One of the things I challenged myself to do with this pregnancy was to invest in pieces that 1) I loved and 2) would be wearable long past the time I was able to lose the baby weight. While I (inevitably) had to buy some pregnancy specific pieces, I have been thrilled over my ability to do just that with many of the items I've picked up over the last eight months. Some of my favorites include this grey dress from Guess, this summery maxi from Express, and this soft, criss-cross mock neck sweater:

Top: Express | Jeans: Target | Shoes: Vince Camuto | White Tank: Blanqi | Necklace: c/o Kendra Scott | Bracelet: c/o Kendra Scott | Cuff: c/o Daniel Wellington | Watch: c/o Timex | Earrings: Kendra Scott | Bag: Coach | Sunnies: Prada

When I tried this top on in store, I knew it needed to come home with me. The knit is so soft -perfect for summer - and the criss-cross style is adorable for highlighting the bump now and will be a stunner once it's hanging loosely over my finally back-again abs later this year ;-) I'm wearing my pre-pregnancy size (xs).

I knew I "needed" some distressed white denim for spring, but since I couldn't find anything maternity, I grabbed this pair of white maternity skinny jeans from Target and distressed them myself.

I love that my Vince Camuto booties are so comfy that I can still rock heels at 33 weeks pregnant! You know you've invested in a good pair of shoes when they transition effortlessly through your life stages, and I can't recommend these booties highly enough! They run TTS, and I'm in a 6.5. And, at less than $50, they're a total steal!

Finally, for this simple look, it really is all in the accessories. I find myself investing in handbags and jewelry more than anything else over these past months, because I knew that clothing would mostly be a temporary piece, but a stellar accessory can last a life time. I'm really loving rose gold right now, and couldn't be more thrilled with this lariat necklace from Kendra Scott, the matching bracelet and earrings, and the simple cuff from Daniel Wellington and watch from Timex.

I also find myself newly obsessed with Coach! I hadn't been a fan of them since high school (remember those monogram bags!?), but their new company trajectory is so chic! In addition to this perfect, versatile, surprisingly roomy 1941 Saddle Bag, I've added the Coach Rogue to my collection... and if you pay attention you'll *probably* see Rogue II make her debut in a few short weeks (I mean, I have one in suede... I needed one in leather, too, right?!)

I hope that my fashion and incorporating non-maternity pieces into my daily wardrobe has been inspiring to all you future mamas! Is there anything else you'd like to see from me as this pregnancy is winding down? I'd love to hear your suggestions! Shoot me a message here.
