DRAPY TANK

I love to dress up, but these days, I love to dress effortlessly. Effortless layers have been my MO since San Francisco, and while they can be difficult to pull off in Houston, with a few carefully selected sleeveless pieces and strategic bootie choices, I can wear layers to my heart's content (until the summer hits in earnest!).

White Tank: Blanqi | Cardigan: Similar | Grey Tank: Similar | Jeans: H&M Mama | Shoes: Vince Camuto |

Necklace: Madewell | Sunnies: Prada | Bag; Nordstrom

I have sleeveless long cardigans in several colors, and I'm loving wearing them right now because they help hide the inevitably wider bootie that comes with spreading hips to accommodate my growing baby girl. I also love layering longer tanks with my Blanqi tanks, which are a must-have in my book! They lift and support my belly while providing much needed compression for my achy hips.

And, even though I'm 30 weeks pregnant, I have not stopped rocking my heels. I love these Vince Camuto booties (still in stock and under $100!) because they are comfortable and keep my feet cool in the warming Houston weather.

As I get further into Third Trimester, maternity specific clothes are becoming more necessary, so I'll be getting into some of my favorite maternity pieces, brands, and capsule wardrobes over the next few weeks! I hope you enjoy the #dressthebump series that will be launching in March!
