BUS STOP STYLE

I find myself transitioning to a style lately that's best defined as casual and chic. While I still love love love to wear heels (in fact, two of my favorite boots of the season are heeled!), I find myself drawn more and more to stylish tennies, chic flats, and barely-there heels as my belly gets bigger and body aches becoming somewhat constant.

I recently went out to get new jeans, as I've outgrown all mine (thanks, pregnancy), and was thrilled when I found this pair from Vigoss on sale at Nordstrom Rack. I picked them up in one size bigger than my own (bought a 27, but my normal size is 25-26, depending on the cut), and they've quickly become my favorite pair of relaxed denim.

Sunnies: Prada | Clutch: similar | Jeans: Vigoss | Shoes: Steve Madden | Top: Similar
The shoes you've seen before, many times. They're my favorite pair of lace-up flats from Steve Madden (and they'll be two years old in just a few months! I think they still look fabulous, and they're so comfortable). This year's iteration is the Eleanor, whereas I'm wearing the Le Crew. I slipped into the Eleanor for comparison, and I say grab them! They're so comfy, and the microsuede is so chic.

I topped the look off with one of my favorite sweaters: a relaxed grey v-neck from a few years ago. I've linked a similar sweater.

As usual, I polished off the look with some sparkle in the form of my clutch (old from Gap; linked a similar one) and my favorite sunnies from Prada.

Nordstrom Rack is having a big sale right now, so head to your closest store and find some great denim!
