CRUSHING ON CAMEL

It's no secret that I love neutrals. It's also no secret that black, white, and shades of grey are my J-A-M. Brown, not so much. In fact, I actually really despise anything chocolate brown. Ottomans, shoes, tops... BLEH. But some things that would be considered shades of brown, I adore. I have an especially warm spot in my heart for Camel. I love the way it complements blacks by warming them up. I think camel is perfect for Fall, which is a season of crisp outsides and warm/cozy insides. So here are a few of my favorite camel toned picks for this season:

1 Express | 2 Rebecca Minkoff | 3 Steve Madden | 4 French Connection | 5 Express | 6 Chloe

I personally own 1 and 5 (dress and shoes from Express!). The shoes are my FAVORITE shoe purchase from summer. They're comfortable enough to wear all day and they hold up really well. I wear them 3-5 days a week (no joke!) and they still look amazing. No scuffing, nicking, or smudging. I'm normally a size 6.5, but i sized down to a 6 and they fit perfectly. The dress is my favorite new purchase for Fall so far. I'm actually styling it Thursday this week, so check back to see how I paired it with some OTK boots! It's TTS (I wear an xs). The bags are on my wish list, and I have similar booties in black, and am looking to add a pair in camel. And lets be honest - you can't go wrong with a camel colored suede jacket. It's chic and timeless, not to mention versatile!

Are you crushing on camel? Which camel piece are you planning on adding to your closet this season?
