STRAPPY SUMMER SANDALS

While I have many boots, booties, and adorable flats that I love, summer sandals are my favorite. No matter where G and I live, I am (and always will be!) a California girl at heart, so it's no surprise that pedicures and any shoe that shows them off are close to my heart.

I decided to round up my current favorite summer sandals for y'all on the blog today (and I was saying "y'all LONG before the move to Texas, so let it go.. y'all ;-) ). But first, so I don't spend the whole post repeating myself, let me say this up front: every shoe is comfortable. Like, wear all day with no problem while walking 50 city blocks comfortable. That's the SF girl in me speaking; if I can't wear them all day while running around downtown, they don't stay in my closet. So, now that we know they're all RIDICULOUSLY COMFORTABLE, let's get into the finer details of why I love them!

First up, these BCBGeneration lace-ups that I have been taking everywhere lately:

I love them because of the camel color, which is one of my favorite neutrals, and the lace-up detailing, which is very in right now, and pairs so well with a relaxed, boho vibe.

Second, these Express chunky heels:

Also living in these (in fact, they're the only pair of heels I took to San Antonio last week; if I wasn't working out, I was in them). They are chic, effortless, and add just the right touch of sophistication to any outfit.

Third, these Joe's Jeans knotted sandals which I picked up in a soft beige:

I've been seriously expanding my non-black neutral shoes lately, and with the knotted detailing, I simply couldn't resist.

Finally, these Steve Madden wedges:

My old, black wedges from college (so like 10 years ago? But who's counting?!) finally fell apart beyond my cobbler's ability to repair them, so when I found this pair at Nordstrom Rack, I snapped them up! I wore them non-stop in Cabo, and they are amazing!

I hope this post gives you some summer sandal inspiration! Feel free to be a copy-cat and go pick any (or all!) of these up! After all, you know they're comfy!!
