FAVORITE SPRING SHORTS

One thing that my So Cal girl heart did not love about San Francisco: it rarely (aka maybe three days a year) was warm enough to wear shorts. From what I hear, Houston gets so hot I wont want to be wearing anything but a swimsuit, but right now it's spring and perfect shorts weather. I'm rounding up a few of my current favorites. Surprise, surprise (or not, if you know me well!) they're all from Express.

First up, the classic distressed denim:

I love the pulled-together yet effortless look of this outfit. It's got just enough bling to be classy, but just enough unfinished edges to be casual.

Number two on my list are these high-waisted black shorts:

I love the retro look that a high waisted short brings to an outfit. Instant vintage class. I paired mine with a bright blue tank, my favorite black sandals, and my red DVF bag.

Last on my list, I'm loving the "adventurer" vibe these olive green shorts with the tie waist are giving:
