It's no secret that I love coffee. The first thing I do whenever we land in a new city is research which coffee shops to try, so let's just say I've had my share of java. I realized that, while friends often ask me where to get the best latte, I've never shared that info here! So this is the first of my "Best Of" series, and I'll be focusing on two of my favorite things: coffee and San Francisco.
G and I lived in Southern California when we met, but right before we married he got transferred to San Francisco. I hated living in the city at first - she was so noisy, busy, and dirty - but slowly, she got under my skin, and 6 months in she had my heart. We live in Houston, TX, now, but I definitely left my heart in SF, and that's also where my all time favorite coffee shops are. So, without further ado, here are my favorite SF Coffee spots and what to grab at each one:
1) THE MILL (736 DIVISADERO STREET SAN FRANCISCO | CALIFORNIA)

My favorite coffee space in San Francisco is the Mill. I love the vibe, the freshly baked bread, and the perfectly crafted coffees. Parking can be a beast, so I highly suggest an grabbing an Uber.
My Order: Cinnamon sugar toast & a latte
2) SIGHTGLASS COFFEE (270 SEVENTH STREET SAN FRANCISCO | CALIFORNIA)

This place has the *cutest* mosaic floor entrance, and their coffee is on point - especially the espresso. It's industrial vibe is so much fun. Again, no easy parking (welcome to the city!) so Uber is your best bet.
My Order: Ham & gruyere croissant & an espresso
3) JANE ON FILLMORE (2123 FILLMORE STREET SAN FRANCISCO | CALIFORNIA)

From the wallpaper to the tile tables, this place is an IG lover's dream. Every inch is so snappable. While there are several Jane locations in SF, the one on Fillmore is my favorite since it's right in the heart of some of the best shopping the city has to offer. Again, Uber uber uber, though parking isn't quite as difficult here as the other two locations I mentioned.
My Order: Cinnamon roll & a cappuccino
