As many of you know, I'm a big fan of dips, sauces, and marinades. I probably spend more time on pinterest looking for new recipe ideas in those categories than anything else. So, when I came across the Brown Sugar Apple Dip from Oh, Sweet Basil I simply had to try it.
The recipe is incredibly simple, only calling for three ingredients and a food processor. The result? Sweet, fluffy, vanilla-y decadence.
Brown Sugar Apple Dip
(1) 8oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (easy recipe for making your own here)
Place room temperature cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Cut up an apple of your choice (my favorite is Fuji!) and enjoy!
