Hello, Reader! My name is Ashley Lopez, and that handsome man is my husband, Gabe. We've been married since October 2014. We've moved quite a bit since then, living in Newport Beach , San Francisco, and Houston, before finally making our way back to sunny Southern California with our fur babies Claire & Chloe, and our daugher Evelyn.

Here at Simplicity & Coffee, our purpose is simple: we want to help you simplify your life so that you can reclaim the things that truly matter to you. Whether it's through styling our latest finds, sharing the best beauty tips, or chatting about must-haves for mom life, you'll find something to encourage, motivate and inspire.

Interested? Lovely. Grab yourself a cup of coffee and stay awhile.
