LIFESTYLE | QUIET TIME WITH DOCKATOT

This post was written in collaboration with DockATot. Affiliate links are used in this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

One of our favorite baby items when Evie was younger was our DockATot deluxe. It made sleeping anywhere with her a breeze. She slept at our house. In hotels. On the sofa. Even in an airplane. It was definitely a sad day when we said goodbye to it and transitioned her to sleeping freestyle in her crib. We didn't get the DockATot Grand right away (which is for babies 9mo - 36mo), because our little lady wasn't quite ready, but we always knew that we wanted it someday for her to use as a quiet-time space. Now that she's almost a year old (we have less than two weeks to go!!) and she's started to enjoy looking at books, we knew it was the right time to add the Grand to our playroom.

This is one of Evie's favorite spaces to sit with her bottle and look at a book, or to snuggle her stuffies. I love that it's creating a place of rest for her - a space where she can be calm, quiet, and recharge from all the busy-ness. And as much as I love seeing her use it at this age, I am also looking forward to the ways she'll use it at she grows older. I foresee many afternoon naps happening in our Dock.

Is it an investment? Absolutely. The DockATot isn't cheap. But I do think it's worth it. The quality of the product, amount of use you'll get out of it, and how loved it is by Evie all make it a very worthwhile investment for us. We love our DockATot, and look forward to many years of naps and books.
