VALENTINE'S DAY DRESSED TO THE NINES
I love to dress, and constantly wish I had more excuses to get really dolled up! G knows this about me, and usually contrives to have at least one event every 3-4 months that I can break out my favorite upscale pieces for. This year, he managed to get us tickets to the Symphony for Valentine's day, which is the perfect opportunity for me to wear this outfit from Express!
The skirt is from last fall, but I've linked several similar styles. The high-waisted midi, especially with a lace or mesh insert, is still going strong this spring. The top is currently in stores (score!) and with the ribbing and beautiful neck detailing, is easily one of my favorite crop tops. Another fashion nod: this outfit sports the bare rib-cage, made popular by Taylor Swift. And, since you don't have to work out to have a toned rib cage (am I right?!) everyone can wear this look!
