Earlier this month, I had long-time girl friend and Younique Product Presenter, Denette Tanksley, contact me and ask if I would do a review of her 3D Fiber Lash mascara. Never one to turn down a new beauty product, I gladly agreed! Besides, I had been curious about this mascara for a while. I've been hooked on my CK One mascara for just over a year now, but Denette was raving about this product, and her before and after photos made my eyes bug out! She looked like she had extensions on, but it was just a mascara? Needless to say, when it arrived in the mail on the 7th, I eagerly added it to my makeup routine that day.
The first thing I noticed was how luxurious the packaging was. I opened the case up and was instantly impressed. It just felt expensive. I loved it.
The next thing I did was read the handy instruction booklet. It goes like this:
Optional: Start by applying a coat of your favorite mascara (I skipped this)
1) Coat the lashes on one eye with the Transplant Gel
2) Quickly brush the Natural Fibers over the lashes covered with the Gel
3) Seal the lashes with another coat of the Gel
4) Look amazing (okay, I added this one, but it's true!)

I have to say, I'm a convert. My husband LOVES the mascara, telling me that my eyes look the way they did on our wedding day (and reader, they looked AMAZING that day, as I had professionally done falsies on!). They were super easy to apply, and all I did to keep the fibers out of my eyes for comfort's sake was place my index finger between my lashes and blink. All the loose fibers came off on my finger and I was comfortable all day! I did notice that the backs of my lashes were my natural brunette color, so I might apply my mascara first to change that, but I will absolutely be using the 3D Fiber Lash from here on out!
